Indore Pickup → Mandu Sightseeing → Maheshwar
Pickup from Indore Airport or Railway Station and proceed towards the historic city of Mandu.

3.Cancellation & Refund Policy
We understand that travel plans may change due to personal or unavoidable circumstances. To maintain a clear and transparent process, the following cancellation terms will apply based on the time at which the cancellation request is received.
1.Cancellation Anytime 8 Days or More Before the Travel Date
If a customer cancels a confirmed tour booking any time 8 days or more before the scheduled travel date, the following policy will apply:
20% Booking Amount Will Be Non-Refundable
The 20% Booking Amount already paid by the customer will be adjusted as the applicable cancellation charge and will be non-refundable.
At this stage, the remaining 80% of the total package cost has not yet been collected from the customer.
Therefore:
No additional cancellation amount will be charged.
The customer will not be required to pay the remaining 80%.
Since NO Amount beyond the 20% Booking Amount has been received, NO Refund Amount will be applicable.
Example for ₹10,000 Tour Package:
Total Package Cost: ₹10,000
20% Booking Amount Paid: ₹2,000
Remaining Amount Not Yet Paid: ₹8,000
Cancellation Charge: ₹2,000
Refund Amount: ₹0
The customer will not be required to pay the remaining ₹8,000.
2. Cancellation 7 Days Before Travel or Up to 1 Day Before Travel.
If the customer cancels the confirmed Tour Booking 7 days before the travel date or up to 1 day before the scheduled travel date, the following cancellation policy will apply:
At this stage, the customer may have already paid:
20% Booking Amount
30% Pre-Travel Payment
Therefore, the customer may have paid a total of 50% of the package cost.
40% Cancellation Charge Will Apply
In this cancellation period:
40% of the total Tour Package Cost will be adjusted as the applicable cancellation charge.
The remaining 10% of the amount already paid will be eligible for refund.
Example for ₹10,000 Tour Package:
Total Package Cost: ₹10,000
20% Booking Amount Paid: ₹2,000
30% Pre-Travel Payment Paid: ₹3,000
Total Amount Paid: ₹5,000
40% Cancellation Charge: ₹4,000
Eligible Refund Amount: ₹1,000
Remaining 50% Balance: ₹5,000 — Not Payable After Cancellation
Therefore, the customer will receive an eligible refund of ₹1,000.
💰 Refund Processing Timeline
Where a refund is applicable under this policy, the eligible refund amount will be processed and transferred to the customer’s provided bank account within 7–10 Business Days.
The refund processing period will start after:
The cancellation request is received.
The cancellation request is acknowledged.
The booking and payment details are verified.
The applicable cancellation and refund amount is calculated.
